Odisha, also known as Orissa, is an Indian state located in the country’s eastern region. It has a rich cultural heritage and diverse geography, with the Bay of Bengal to the east, the Eastern Ghats to the west, and the Chota Nagpur Plateau to the north. The capital city is Bhubaneswar, and other major cities include Cuttack, Puri, and Rourkela. Odisha is known for its beautiful beaches, ancient temples, vibrant tribal culture, and handloom textiles.
