As a Travel Consultant, your primary responsibility will involve offering expert advice to clients to assist them in selecting appropriate travel choices based on their individual requirements. This encompasses overseeing every aspect of travel arrangements, encompassing ticketing, lodging, and conveyance. You will also provide travellers with essential information and functional materials to facilitate their journeys.

• A Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate qualification (preferably in Tourism or a related field)
• A minimum of 1-4 years of prior experience in Travel Consultation (B2C)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable excellence in sales and a customer-centric approach
• Proficient understanding of both domestic and international destinations (either or both)
• Proven track record of organizing comprehensive travel packages, including tickets, accommodations, and transportation
• Familiarity with online and offline travel service providers
• Familiarities with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), such as Amadeus or Galileo, and basic Visa knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)

Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

• 02-04 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
• Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
• Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software
• Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• Analytical mind to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends

The Assistant Team Leader ensures that daily tasks are completed by staff during their assigned work shifts. This involves tasks such as creating schedules, assigning daily duties, addressing employee inquiries, and resolving problems. They also establish strong relationships with travel suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient travel arrangements, oversee travel-related paperwork, and optimize travel policies. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities essential for delivering outstanding client service.

• A Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree, preferably in Tourism or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in Travel Consultation (B2C).
• At least one year of managerial experience within the travel industry is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in travel sales and operations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
• Supervise and coordinate team activities by giving guidance, coaching, and feedback.
